Verada is the research and operations layer for innovative interventions entering the UK | USA | UAE regions. We support innovative medical interventions (devices and medicinal products) across neuro, musculoskeletal, and cognitive care, from clinical research protocols, regulatory strategy through to real-world evidence for clinical, operational and commercial adoption.
In medical innovation, earning a UKCA or CE mark should be the beginning of a technology's clinical life. Too often it's where progress stalls, proven interventions stranded on the wrong side of a fragmented, risk-averse system while patients lose the treatment windows that matter most.
Healthcare runs on numbers nobody actually measured. What a new technology costs to deliver is estimated. How a patient's motor or cognitive state changed is rated by a clinician, on an ordinal scale, a handful of times a year. Rehab Clinics measures what it genuinely takes to run a proven technology in the UK, and publishes it. Clinical Research gives trial sponsors objective, continuously captured endpoints where none currently exist. Healthcare IT makes both defensible enough for a regulator, a payor or a sponsor to rely on.Three buyers. One discipline: measure what the rest of the field estimates.
The connective layer that holds everything together: group strategy, market-access direction, evidence governance, and the shared clinical infrastructure every company reuses. It's what lets each new technology follow the same proven route rather than starting from zero. Beneath it sit three focused operating companies:
The unifying layer that brings together multimodal data across care settings and clinical trial units. It identifies and characterises real-world patient cohorts from routine EHR data, captures the full spectrum of trial outcomes (patient-, clinician-, and performance-reported), and structures it all into evidence-ready clinical intelligence: the backbone the whole group runs on.
A next-generation Clinical Trials Partner running decentralised trials across neuro/CNS, musculoskeletal, and cognitive indications. It spans devices, small molecules, biologics, and ATMPs (cell & gene therapies), plus nutraceuticals and nootropics where they target cognitive endpoints, capturing molecular, physiological, psychological, and functional outcomes.
A CQC-registered service (expected by Jan 2027) treating neuro/CNS, musculoskeletal and cognitive conditions. We adopt internationally proven technology without waiting for someone else to move first, then publish what it actually takes to run it. Clinical outcomes show that a device works. Utilisation, staffing, throughput and payback are what make the next clinic buy one.
The group's defensibility isn't in any single layer: it's in the interlock. Delivering care generates exclusive, longitudinal rehabilitation data. That data sharpens the models and clinical protocols. Better outcomes win the trust of payers and open channel access. And that access drives more delivery.
Every turn of the loop deepens all of it at once: data that can't be acquired retrospectively, evidence in the formats commissioners already trust, and a route to market that gets harder to replicate with each patient treated.
The hard work is done once and amortised across the whole portfolio. Each new medical technology follows the same repeatable route, reusing the clinical infrastructure, evidence engine, and market-access playbook already in place.
Study design, evidence-pathway build, and grant navigation: completed before first patient contact.
Feasibility and acceptability studies that qualify the intervention, de-risk workflow fit, and prepare higher-order trials where warranted.
Clinic-led patient deployment within Verada's own care delivery: generating revenue, operational data and clinical outcomes concurrently.
Real-world clinical and operational evidence unlocks the route to market: Real-world evidence supports private-provider purchasing, payer engagement and public healthcare commissioning where evidence supports it.
Verada is led by a team spanning healthcare delivery, medical-device regulation, rehabilitation science, and health-data governance, bringing together the clinical, regulatory, and technical depth the group runs on.
Verada is de-risking ahead of build, securing partners and non-dilutive funding before any private capital is raised. Early progress across the group:
Memoranda of understanding with two proven medical-device partners, establishing Verada's first technologies for UK adoption.
Working with Northumbria University and the University of the West of England, Bristol on our feasibility programme.
Public funding sought to support our initial feasibility study, validating the model with non-dilutive research funding ahead of any private raise.
Approval proves a technology works. It does not tell a clinic director how many sessions a week they can run, what grade of therapist they need, or when the investment pays back. Those are the questions that stall adoption, and they can only be answered by someone willing to run the service first.
We become your first UK site, at our own commercial risk, and turn going first into a package that lets the next twenty clinics go second.
Rehabilitation is the largest uncontrolled variable in neuro and MSK recovery trials, and ordinary sites cannot fix it. We deliver it to protocol and evidence that we did.
Three questions. Returns the relevant instrument and the principal limitation.
Verada is building infrastructure at the intersection of medical technology, regulated care delivery and clinical evidence generation. The model is intended to accumulate value with clinical volume, though it is pre-revenue and that has not yet been demonstrated. Enquiries from health technology investors, prospective partners and collaborators are welcome.
